Frequently asked questions

How do I apply?
Click Apply now, choose your programme, fill in your details and upload your documents, then pay the application fee online or by bank transfer. You will get an application number — use it on Check application status. When you are admitted, your School Portal login details are sent to you by SMS/WhatsApp and email.
How do I get my results?
Log in to the School Portal to see your results, transcript and CBT scores. Parents can follow their child on the same School Portal with their phone number, and results can also be checked with a scratch-card PIN on Check result.
How do I pay my fees?
Pay online with card/bank from the School Portal (Pay Fees Online), or pay into the college account and upload your bank-transfer receipt for verification. Your receipt and balance update immediately. See the full fee list on School fees.
Can I add or drop a course?
Yes. During course registration, log in to the School Portal, open My Courses and add or drop electives within the allowed units. Core courses for your programme are registered automatically.
When do I get my exam card?
Your exam card, transcript and certificate become available in the School Portal once your fees for the session are fully paid.
